Lorin Romeo Romay

A natural networker with research and analytical skills and high ethical standards, Lorin Romeo Romay is committed to delivering excellence in service. Lorin’s real estate career began in the early 2000’s - though she took a detour where she spent many years employed by Princeton University. When Lorin circled back to real estate, commercial real estate was an obvious fit for her.

She had acclimated herself to South Florida life by becoming an engaged member of local business groups and serving as the vice president of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County board of directors. With a wide network of professional relationships in place, she took her first step into commercial real estate by representing an international NGO as a tenant in a 4,000 SQ FT office deal.

Lorin went on to represent tenants and landlords for two years and then received the opportunity to break into commercial sales. She listed a portfolio of properties being disposed of as part of an estate sale. She attracted a buyer for the entire portfolio, and she represented both sides of the transaction. Her sales experience now includes a range of property types, such as industrial, medical, retail, and multi-family.
