For everyone looking to dive into the world of real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, I cannot recommend highly enough Lorraine Bannister as your realtor. I have bought and sold real estate in the Bay Area, and I have had positive and less-than-positive experiences with realtors.

Lorraine was great because she communicated and worked so well. She helped us understand the market, set expectations, and let us know how things were going every step of the way. She coordinated getting the help we needed as necessary and provided excellent recommendations when it was something that she could not do for us.

Having a great realtor not only helped us exceed our goals for our sale with Lorraine, but it spared us virtually all of the stress I've come to associate with real estate transactions. If you need a realtor in the Bay Area, do yourself the favor and at least have a chat with Lorraine.
