Lorrie was extremely professional with the touch of a friend the you have known for years. I was in a time pinch and Lorrie couldn't have been more accommodating. Over the years landlords have really soured my view of the profession. However, meeting Lorrie restored my faith in the profession. She is kind, thoughtful, and always reply to any issues promptly. I feel blessed and would recommend any of her properties. She is truly the gem if the industry and should be recognized as the "gold standard".
