Louann Sullivan

Louann Sullivan is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Westfield, New Jersey. She has been licensed as a Realtor since 2013 and was awarded Rookie of the Year, ranking first in total sales volume out of 966 new agents. She has also earned her ABR designation, (accredited buyers representative), and her SRES designation, (senior real estate specialist).

Louann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University. She has worked in sales and sales management for multi-national organizations and smaller manufacturers, prior to her affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She was born in the Philadelphia area and has lived on the West Coast in Southern California and built her own home in the Hamptons on the eastern end of Long Island, prior to settling down in Mountainside, New Jersey. Her years in Mountainside have nourished her passion for the area's lush parks and wildlife, which her clients also value along with the proximity to NYC. Louann has a wonderful yellow lab who joins her in her enthusiasm for the woods and parklands.
