We had such a positive experience with LouAnne as our realtor. She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Finding an apartment to rent quickly after receiving an excellent offer for our home can be a challenging task, but LouAnne was able to accomplish it promptly. Selling a home can be a stressful process, but it seems that LouAnne made it easy and seamless for us, even with various last-minute demands. Having a realtor who can navigate and handle such situations effectively is invaluable. It's fantastic that LouAnne provided us with the support and guidance we desperately needed throughout the process. We worked with LouAnne for over a year to find our forever home, that met our specific criteria. She showed us many listings, and was always on top of the real estate market in the areas we were searching. Once we found our new home, she was on site for all inspections and helped us negotiate a fair price. She was always easy to get in touch with. And LouAnne is also very fun to work!
