Louie went above and beyond to sell our unique home and property. He took the time and care needed, with our main house and with some tenants we had living at the home during the selling process. We live out of the state, and he took care of all of our concerns and was able to make the process smooth. He did incredible photography and video of the property and marketed it in a way that make it is simple and clean and very professional. I can't recommend Louie enough!!! Thank you so much for everything you did to sell our property!

Your impeccable attention to detail with timing, photography, and pricing strategy meant we hit the ground running.

Utilizing your trades to do paint and carpet was terrific because I already knew I would get a fair price and didn’t have to shop it plus it made all the difference in presentation.

My husband had used Zember Realty a few years back and we choose to use them again to sell our condo/buy a home in metro San Diego. From the first meeting with the group I was sold – they made it a priority to get to know us on a personal basis prior to discussing “business.” I was impressed with their approach to making sure we were comfortable with our buying/selling options and aligned (my husband and I) on our goals/what we were looking for. We ended up working with Louie directly and he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Louie hustled! We ended up having a quick 21 turn for both buying and selling and he was on it at every step. Louie and is Escrow partners were the reason we were able to get our home – and they delivered! Louie was attentive, responsive, informative. He advocated for us and always had our back. He was supportive when we felt timid or overwhelmed. We were a great team and I always felt comfortable approaching him with novice real estate questions and concerns as I knew he had our best interest at heart. I would choose Zember Realty again without question and recommend the team to anyone who wants a seamless, positive experience buying and selling a home.

In short....Louie was freaking awesome!

We had a unique situation personally and things needed to move extremely quickly. We decided to list our property and reached out to Louie on a Tuesday. He arrange for photos of the house in less than 24 hours and photos were taken on Thursday. The photos were processed and ready for display by Friday and the property was listed soon after. By Sunday we already had multiple views and full price offer. We were in escrow on Monday. LESS THAN A WEEK PEOPLE!!!! From there, Louie was hands on throughout the process and guided us through the escrow period. This could have been an extremely stressful process but Louie made this so easy.

If you are looking for an agent to buy or sell, this is your guy. I am not a big review person and seldom post things like this, but trust me when i say that the Zember Group is the right move if you are looking for an agent.

Louie made buying our first home such an easy, stress free, experience. Our best interests were his first priority, which conveyed throughout the entire process of the sale. My wife was a little concerned with having a male realtor, she is a liberate lady. Much to my surprise she is/was very impressed with Louie's approach and demeanor.
Louie is an honest, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and dependable individual. His representation and understanding of our wishes and his ability to negotiate in our favor was outstanding. He understood that timing was imperative due to commitments in Texas with moving company, in state closing as well as an out of state closing. He is cool, knowledgeable, dependable, suggestive with good ideas and able to come up with alternatives that worked with both us and the buyer.

Faith was one of our realtors when we sold our condo in Oceanside. She was very professional in gathering all the information needed to start the sale process and stayed on top of any changes or problems we came across during the sale. She was also prompt in notifying us of paperwork that needed to be completed and was very knowledgeable, so that questions we had about the paperwork were immediately addressed. She also worked very well with potential buyers and was there to assist them and not pressure them into a sale. When we had difficulty finding a lended for the potential buyer's purchase, Zember realty stuck with it until they were able to resolve the issue. We would definitely recommend Faith and her husband, Louie Zember, to any individual looking for a less stressful selling process.

WHAT a huge difference an excellent realtor can make! I've recently had the pleasure of working with Louie on both selling and purchasing a home and could not be more pleased with the end result. He worked diligently in first finding us a buyer for our first home and got it sold for our exact asking price within a month and then found us the PERFECT next home that met every single one of our 'wants' and needs for both my partner and I....and I should add that this is not an easy thing to do! Louie was incredibly patient and kind and beyond willing to go the extra mile for literally ANYTHING we asked for. It is also a package deal: his wife and business partner, Faith, is absolutely amazing as well. She has such a great eye for detail and recognizes so many things in homes that we wouldn't have otherwise noticed or appreciated. All in all, I cannot say enough great things about them both and have definitely found not only the best realtors, but also great friends out of this as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Louie was fantastic to deal with during the sale of our home. He knows what he's doing! From taking professional pics, aggressively marketing the property and setting the proper price on the home...everything was right on the money. We received a full price offer within 2 weeks and the entire process ran smoothly. I called Louie several times to get updates and he answered the call every single time. I still don't know if he has voicemail. It was very refreshing! If you are looking for an agent, I can't imagine there's someone better than Louie. Integrity, knowledge and professionalism-- he checks all 3 boxes!!
