Louis is a knowledgeable, hardworking, and savvy real estate broker dedicated to helping buyers and sellers in the Chicagoland area achieve their goals. Prior to venturing into real estate, Louis worked as an Administrator in the Healthcare Industry for 20 years. While still working in healthcare, Louis nurtured a love for real estate close by purchasing and rehabbing property for himself. He has dedicated years studying the markets in the North and Southside neighborhoods of Chicago and the North Shore suburbs. The extensive local market knowledge that Louis brings to the table is always an asset to his clients and his dedication to service is paramount. Louis is originally from Haiti and speaks French as a second language. He Grew up in Evanston and has lived and owned real estate in many of the North Shore neighborhoods and cities in the North Shore of Chicago.
