In our search for a NYC apartment, it was our good fortune to meet Louis Rosado.
Louis was the listing broker on the apartment we purchased and represented us (the buyer) as well.
It was evident from the beginning that Louis was a wealth of information, having done several deals in the building prior to ours.
Throughout the process, he was readily available and answered all of our questions and concerns along the way.
Given that this was an HDFC apartment, even more intricate than the ordinary deal, another level of expertise was called for and found in Louis.
Most importantly, it is Louis’ gracious, warm and uplifting personality that drew us in and kept us upbeat and sane throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful and cannot recommend Louis enough!
