We met Louis at a function in Arlington. He was a sponsor at a fundraiser raising money for kids interested in Art. We got to spend a lot of time with him that evening and you could really hear his passion for his work It seemed as if all of the local artists knew him. He mentioned that most of the local artists had influenced the community we lived in for the better and that's why he was there to support this small private organization. He was very energetic and my wife and I connected with him right away. No more than two weeks later we received a notice of an opportunity to relocate our business to Las Vegas and here comes Louis. I don't know if I even finished saying the word Las Vegas and he had his cell phone in his ear asking about off-market properties near the strip. He looked at my wife and asked if we could be in Vegas on Saturday from 1pm - 3pm and that he had a connection in Vegas that had some great deals. Long story short, within three weeks of meeting Louis, we were under contract for a home in Vegas which we love and we got the deal for less than anyone had in our neighborhood. Thanks again, Louis. Anytime you fly to Vegas, we got the extra bedroom for guests like you who are always welcome with our family.

I must start with one word, amazing! If you are even considering buying or selling a home in the Northern Virginia area or anywhere close to Arlington, McLean, or Great Falls... you would be doing yourself a disservice in not using Louis Taylor and his team! My mother had lived in her home for the last 45 years. Our parents raised four children (three boys and one girl) at that house and each of had the opportunity to marry the love of our lives at that home. Needless to say, we all have a significant memory and love for this property. For the past few years they have been encouraging us to move out to Southern California where he too has a home. One of our kids was having difficulties with the change in seasons and the doctors thought a little more sunshine in his life would do wonderful for his growth. Last February, we began considering this possibility, but knew, we were to get the best possible price, there were some things in our home that needed or could be upgraded. That is where Louis came into the picture. We contacted him to help us some sort through some ideas and get some recommendations on what was and what was not selling in today’s market. At the end of the day, Louis and his team came up with a solution that was $32,000 less than the project my wife and I had come up with. He felt that it was best to improve the sale of our home and pay close attention to our return on investment. He was showing us examples of renovations that were too much and too little in the market. Then he showed us the properties that were selling quickly that had renovations similar to his recommendations. He guided us to $27,000 renovation project (far less than the $59,000 that we were going to spend) in improvements, and we have determined that it most likely increased the value of our home an additional $80,000+!

We trusted Louis in his direction and in his recommendations on marketing our home and we are positive he is a leader in this department! We had no idea that so much was involved. We had an open house on Saturday and an open house on Sunday. Each time we had an open house scheduled at the property, we received feedback as soon as the open was completed and a follow up call after they reached out to the agents and buyers that had come. There progress reports kept my wife and I involved and more importantly in the know. SOLD!!!! Our home sold in five days! Did I mention... multiple offers and selling for over $33,000 more than we had it listed for! We could not have chosen a better real estate agent team. Louis Taylor continued to guide us through our home closing with each obstacle easily overcame with his knowledge of the market, the process, and his negotiations. We strongly believe Louis and his team made the sale seem effortless and without stress. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years, but this would be the best experience I’ve ever had. Discreet, Professional, and Compassionate would be the words I would use to describe he and his team. Thank you Louis!

Louis is a consummate pro! The thing I have enjoyed the most about him is his service first mentality. I have first-hand watched him dig into his own pocket to help and nurture a transaction to close for a client. He holds himself to a higher ethical standard, and I’ve never met a harder working Realtor. He helped one of my relocation clients into the Northern Virginia area with qualifying for a special loan product available to first time buyers, and then after spending two months with them, helped them find a short term rental until they could clear up some credit challenges. They are now homeowners thanks to his patience!

As someone looking to be a first-time buyer, Louis helped the most with his knowledge of the area and types of homes. My wife and I thought that our 'must-haves' wouldn't really fit together but he was able to find them and discuss and explain their differences whether positive or negative.
