Lourdes Felmet

Lourdes Felmet grew up in Morehead City, NC and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2011 to attend UNCW where she pursued her B.S. in Biology and Master of Business Administration. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish. In 2016 She opened her first dog daycare and now owns a 4 year award winning facility. Her understanding on how to run a business, maintain relationships, comprehend financials and market knowledge provides a solid foundation to understanding her clients’ needs and objectives. She helps clients see the potential of a commercial property as part of their business strategy.

Lourdes gives back to the community by working with many local and remote animal rescues around the country. She spends her free time being active outdoors with her husband, toddler, and 2 rescue pups or salsa dancing on the Latin dance performance team.
She is beyond excited to dedicate her time to you and your commercial needs.
