Lourdes and her team are great and are with you every step of the way. She's quick to book showings and gives you the right guidance when placing an offer and makes sure to follow up with the other parties throughout the whole process and making sure things are moving along. I cannot say enough good things about working with Lourdes. She sold a 2-flat for me. She made a number of recommendations as to how to prepare the property for sale. I followed her advice to the letter. She recommended a tradesperson and lawyer, both of whom did an excellent job. She was almost immediately available and was very supportive during my anxious moments. The property had an offer in 3 days and closed in roughly 30 days.
