Luan has a tenacious drive to actualize his clients’ real estate goals and exceed expectations by delivering an unmatched level of service. While Luan specializes in new construction within the Seattle and Bellevue areas, he has a passion for working with first-time homebuyers and investors. As a Seattle area native, Luan has grown up watching the community evolve and become what it is today. Above all else, he prioritizes integrity, honesty, and transparency in his personal and professional relationships, ensuring that clients are confident and pleased with their home purchase. When he isn’t helping clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership, Luan plays volleyball at a competitive level in the Pacific Northwest region. He is also active in the community as a coach with Bellevue’s Moxie Juniors Volleyball Club and a homework help volunteer for Seattle Public Libraries.
