Luan was an excellent professional to work with! She is resourceful, prompt and flexible. She reached every single appointment 15 mins early, never rushed us, and responded to all our emails, texts and phone calls promptly. On the two purchase offers we put out, Luan was insightful in highlighting areas of attraction as well as concerns that many home buyers would not catch. She was then also able to bring in her resources promptly to help clear any doubts. Finally, Luan was patient throughout our process of purchasing a property, as we relocated from out-of-state, with a toddler, and visited many neighborhoods. In fact, Luan proactively suggested and spent one day driving us around different neighborhoods of Boston/suburbs as we are new in the area. We'd highly recommend her for your homebuying needs and endorse her 110%.
