I selected Lu Ann as our realtor because I saw property she had sold in our neighborhood. I engaged her about eight months before placing our home on the market. I learned from Lu Ann that the Spring home sale season is “for real.” So, we readied our home for sale in the Spring. Lu Ann was patient with me and my wife. I anticipated our home would sell within 45 to 60 days of going on the market.

Lu Ann set the asking price for our home. She explained in detail how she established the sale asking price. She provided a report on the home sale valuation. The market value of our home had appreciated more than we expected.

Lu Ann identified and contacted prospective buyers immediately. There were four scheduled home showings. The home sold for our asking price within 24 hours of placing the home on the market.

We feel blessed to have Lu Ann as our realtor. Lu Ann is professional, “easy going,” and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. Lu Ann is also our realtor for the purchase of a new home, as we relocate to be closer to our daughter and three grandchildren.

We have purchased and sold several homes in the past. The selection of our realtor turned out to be the most important and most rewarding decision that contributed to our desired lifestyle and increased home value.
