Luca Mormina

Luca officially joined the Kyle Edwards team at the beginning of 2024 after obtaining his real estate license in August 2023. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Luca moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in business finance. Before attending OSU, Luca played varsity basketball for West Virginia University, where he was ingrained in discipline and teamwork under the guidance of coach Bob Huggins.

Growing up, Luca was surrounded by tales of resilience stemming from his Sicilian immigrant family, to which he owes his strong work ethic and passion for real estate. He has built his own investment portfolio and intends to continue learning and investing as he grows as a real estate agent, helping clients buy, sell, and invest their own properties.

Outside of real estate, Luca enjoys staying active, learning new things, watching movies, and exploring Columbus with friends.
