Lucas Soltow

Central Kansas native Lucas Soltow is the broker/owner of the independent agency, Real Smart Homes. He chose that name for his brokerage because he believes in helping clients buy and sell homes the "smart" way, by leveraging the influence of the Internet and social media to connect sellers and buyers. Real Smart Homes serves all of Central Kansas, where Lucas has lived since childhood. He has been a licensed Realtor for approximately 5 years. His availability, responsiveness and low-pressure approach to selling homes have contributed to his success. In 2015, Lucas was voted "Best of Hutch" in the real estate category, and sold more than $5 million in real estate for the year.
Known as The Social Agent in the Reno County market, he is the creator of a Facebook group there. With more than 4,000 members, the group has become a large network of buyers. This has also positioned him well as a listing agent, allowing him to more quickly find buyers for the homes he sells. Lucas also has created a McPherson Homes for Sale group.
As a former newspaper designer, he markets homes at the highest level through professional-quality photos and design. He is well-versed in print and digital marketing.

Lucas has lived in Hutchinson, Salina, McPherson and Wichita. He is married with two sons, Camren and Grady, who attend Buhler school district.
