Luci is a fantastic realtor! She acted so quickly, she didn’t waste any time getting the ball rolling. As someone buying a home in Memphis some areas can be a little iffy, and Luci will absolutely let you know if a particular area is not very safe. She has your best interest in mind rather than the importance of making a sale. She is definitely someone you want in your corner during what can be a stressful process and life event. She will make everything as smooth for you as she possibly can and will refuse to let you be walked over! I 100% recommended Luci (and her partner Eric). Absolutely 0 complaints 🥰

We listed as FSBO & decided to list with Eric & Luci after meeting them. The entire experience was great. They used a lot of social media, open houses, texts, calls & hustle for exposure and it worked! When the time comes and we are ready to sell our other 2 houses, we will use Eric & Luci again. My wife and I didn't have real interest in buying a new home but we were in the area of an open house so we thought we would stop by. We are glad we did because we met Luci. She was incredible from start to finish. She worked hard to find us several houses that fit what we were looking for while also strategically pricing our house that yielded us much more than I was expecting. She was super personable and flexible working with us as we had a 5 month old at the time who didn't always want to cooperate with meetings and such. There were a couple of days where it was sun up to sun down of Luci working different angles for us. I would highly recommend Luci for your realtor needs!

I first got into Real Estate in 2006. I left in 2008 and returned last year. I have had the privilege to work with Luci on several transactions. Not only is she better at this than me, but she LOVES helping people. If you want an agent that puts you first, then you need to call Luci. In a sellers market, she will make sure you're not over paying for your home. And representing buyers, she fights like Mike Tyson for her clients. She's a sure bet!
