Kudos to Luci, she is an awesome realtor. She knows the Shasta county market well and she goes beyond what any realtor can offer. She suggest some cosmetics and handle any repairs needed in a timely manner. She take care of all logistics to close the escrow smoothly.

Luci is a Rock Star. She has all the energy of a sales agent without the sales person mentality. Luci listened to what we were looking for in a house. Then, sent us a listing based on those wishes. Kept the listing updated. She was very responsive in any of our requests. Luci has an AMAZING attitude, drive, knowledge, and a wonderful smile as well. She would give us a quick guide of the place, kind of vanish, to let my wife and I look at the house. Never, pushy, or or over the top up selling. Did not force her opinions on us about a particular house. Never felt like she was trying to force us into a particular place as well. I felt that she never tried to hide flaws or try to brush them aside. She is very real, sincere, and honest. Traits that are legendary rare in sales. She is a natural at this. You will definitely get your money's worth with this Luci because she actually cares. I had dubbed her the Lucy Lue of real estate because she is a star. Thank. Luci is amazing at what she does! Buying a house comes with a lot of planning and takes tons of time. We had only a few months to work with and she was amazing! Very thorough and put a lot of thought in what properties would fit best. We are a family of four with younger children and we initially lost the offer we put in on a house and Luci knew the urgency of how soon we needed one and found us one within 24 hours! Perfect neighborhood, very quiet, school is nearby and she was always on the ball about updates on anything needing signing. Made herself available on weekends for us all the time it was great! Definitely recommend her 110%!
