Luciana Carvalho is CEO & Founder of Carvalho Commercial Real Estate, LLC. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Ms. Carvalho provides strategic real estate advisory services to tenants, including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, transaction structuring, lease negotiation, financial analysis and long-term strategic planning. She has been involved in the representation of top-tier companies including Banco do Brasil, Electrolux, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, John Hancock, Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual among others.
Ms. Carvalho has successfully built a robust tenant representation practice working on behalf of an extensive range of clients, including government agencies, financial institutions, law firms, and several multinational corporations. Her past experience also includes serving as a Financial Advisor with Arthur A. Finkle & Associates.
Beyond her experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Carvalho is actively involved in several business and civic communities throughout South Florida. She currently serves as a board member and Young Leaders Director of CoreNet Global’s South Florida Chapter; a member of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Committee; and a member of The Beacon Council’s Fashion and Lifestyle Initiative. She is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the organization’s Real Estate, H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young Professionals Engage) and New World Center Committees.
