Luciana was really helpful and did a great job of helping me through the selling process. She knows her stuff, has tremendous resources and a great network of connections that can assist you with whatever you need to get your place ready to sell. She was very professional throughout, she was so great at communicating and was also really helpful in helping me deal with a tenant issue. Once we got the place prepared and ready to go on the market, it was under contract in one day, above ask. I highly recommend Luciana!

I recently listed and sold my home with Luciana Parente. She was thorough and her advice and professionalism proved invaluable. She was able to negotiate the best terms and sale price, over what we had asked for, with multiple offers received. It's been months after we have closed and she is still looking out for me regarding my recent tax bill and exemptions that I should have received. Luciana goes above and beyond! Luciana is highly recommended! She walked me through the purchase of my first home and the experience was impressive (not stressful at all). Luciana was quick, knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring through the entire process. There were several late nights I would have worried about putting in bids but because Luciana was so on top of everything, the process went smoothly and I knew she cared. I will be using her again in the future for myself, friends, and family.

Luciana Parente is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to get us in home that was right for us. Luciana worked countless hours arranging showings, drawing up contracts, and searching the area for the right home for me and my fiancé. Without her, I don't think we would be in a home right now as her hard work and dedication helped us find something very quickly. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
