Lucious C. Brown is a native of Georgia, a Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors. A graduate of the California State University at Fullerton, he is actively involved as a Realtor and the Managing Director of a Real Estate Investment Company , Legacy Security Investors, LLC. Daily activities involves the representation of investors, buyers, and sellers as clients in the purchase and sale of Real Estate.
Early in his professional life, Lucious assumed the responsibility as the Insurance Department Manager for Bank of America’s Real Estate Loan Administration (BARELA). His duties entailed taking responsibility for and overseeing that insurance requirements were met and maintained for all Residential and Commercial properties serviced by Bank of America throughout the nation.
In addition to his departmental and managerial responsibilities he developed a strong knowledge of project management and implementation. Subsequently he was called upon to act as Project Coordinator for several significant projects on behalf of BARELA which achieved excellent results.
Having had a long and successful career with Bank of America resulted in developing a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of the Real Estate and banking environment. But to further his growth and development, the decision was made to take a different career path and actively pursue his interest in the Real Estate industry.
Currently active in the Real Estate industry, Lucious maintains a strong presence as a Realtor affiliated with Century-21 Realty in Garden Grove California, and Nationwide Executive Services Realty (NES) in Dacula, Georgia.
A strong knowledge and interest in the Real Estate industry led Lucious to form Legacy Security Investors in November 2008. Having been involved with many clients over the years, he brings the passion, desire and experience required to successfully negotiate the best possible outcome on behalf of his clients.
