Lucy Carper

Lucy Carper is a Principal at Strategic Real Estate Partners, LLC and is in charge of company operations and the property management division. Ms. Carper has experience in property transitioning, construction management, tenant/vendor relations, and overall accounting.

Ms. Carper previously worked at Reliant Real Estate Partners, LLC as a property manager and office manager. Since she began her real estate carrier in 2005, she has provided property management services for corporate and institutional clients with a commercial portfolio of Class A & B office projects and industrial properties. Ms. Carper has also assisted in the disposition transactions and management services for bank commercial REO assets throughout north Georgia.
