Lucy is an absolutely phenomenal agent, from start to finish. We just purchased a house with her, and in this crazy market, we are 100% sure we would not have gotten our home without her expertise. We were first-time home buyers, and she found houses to show us that are exactly what we said we wanted, and then she helped us narrow it down to what we ACTUALLY wanted, because even we didn’t really know until we looked with her! When we found “the one”, Lucy helped us put in a creative and competitive offer, and even though we weren’t the top bidder in price, we got the house due to Lucy’s creativity in writing other parts of the offer!! Lucy is a skilled professional and works tirelessly to assist her clients. She scheduled showings for us immediately after listings went up and was available to go - even on the same day! She helped us navigate all the paperwork and made sure we were comfortable with every step. When we were plagued with indecision about whether to put an offer on a house that was “just fine”, she told us we could do better - and I’m so glad we listened to her. We are moving into our home on Monday and cannot wait to see Lucy again and thank her for all she has done. We would use Lucy again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to sell our home and buy another!
