I don’t know where to start in expressing my extreme appreciation for Lucy and the team at Realty Center! We first reached out to Lucy about 6 months ago because my husband and I were interested in selling our condo and buying a townhouse. It was our first time selling a property, my first time buying, and we were both feeling overwhelmed, clueless, and unsure where to begin. Lucy was always patient in answering all of our questions, and there were many. Every step of the way, I was grateful to have Lucy helping us. She helped ensure we received offers on our condo that we were very happy with, and she helped us to find a new home that was everything we were hoping for an more. Sadly there were some challenges with the sale of our condos due to some delays with everything being finalized by our buyers. It was something completely beyond our control, but Lucy was always on top of everything communicating with the buyer’s broker. When these delays started to impact the closing on our new home, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything came together and ensure we were in our new home as quickly as possible. Because of Lucy, we are now in our dream home, and I can’t thank her enough. If you’re looking to buy and/or sell a home, I would highly recommend Lucy and her team at Realty Center—they are absolutely amazing!

Lucy, is a great Agent to work with. She is kind, caring, and really knows real estate. In addition, she is not afraid to fight for your rights in a transaction, and stays educated about real estate laws and fundamentals. It is always a pleasure to work with Lucy and appreciate all of her hard work for me over the years.

I am a Realtor and I work at Realty Center for Lucille Martinelli since 2004. I find her to be a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate and many other areas. She goes above and beyond for her customers and they are loyal to her. She works with multiple generations of families, that's loyalty. She is honest and very ethical. She treats her agents like family, actually, we are family at this point. I highly recommend Lucille Martinelli, she is truly the best.
