Experience

Lucy fell in love with the State of Maine while attending Colby College, and knew this is where she wanted to firmly plant her roots. She strives to be her clients’ “family agent for life” and also an agent with whom all Realtors want to work with because of her honesty, integrity and work ethic. She highly values her continued friendships and referrals from her clients; satisfied clients are her biggest reward for being in real estate.

Lucy now lives in Falmouth with her husband of 31 years and their 3 wonderful sons who keep her active in the community. Over the years she has developed a deep understanding of the local schools, communities and their unique benefits.

Sharing her local expertise and connections is vital to her clients and contributes to their ability to make informed decisions.

Background

Prior to Lucy's career in real estate, she worked for many years in banking: Maine National Bank, Key Bank and TDBank. Lucy thrives on making things happen! She successfully negotiated creative work schedules for working mothers at the bank, thinking outside the box and going to bat for her clients. She left her banking career with the start of her family and while caring for her elderly parents.

Real Estate was a natural fit for Lucy - she loves working with people, helping people find the perfect home or transition to a right fit home when the time is appropriate. Getting to know her clients and their stories is Lucy's favorite part of her career.

Lucy also loves a challenge – working with different personalities and finding out what makes people tick is her passion. She excels at problem solving and always strives for a win-win outcome in all situations. Lucy is also a Certifed Motives and Behavior Analyst and a Communication Coach with Knowles Training and Development.


Living in Maine

Lucy has a great appreciation for the importance of local community and schools, especially as part of a families home search. The quality of life in Maine is unbeatable; being able to access the beauty and community of Maine from "Sea to Ski" - from the rocky coast and harbor islands to the inland lakes, ski slopes and mountains – the list of things to do is endless!

Lucy's family enjoys their camp on China Lake, kayaking on Casco Bay, golfing and skiing and taking advantage of Maine's excellent food scene! She values clients who truly appreciate and agree that living in Maine is "the way life should be". Helping buyers and their families relocate to the state of Maine or second home investors find a profitable "little slice of Maine heaven" is important to Lucy.
