Lucy is our hero! We were desperate to sell our co-op due to its many issues... unfortunately those issues also put off potential buyers.

Lucy helped us with both renting out and selling our unit. She is amazingly efficient (it only took 3 days to get the unit rented out) and understands the market well. Her advice is well worth taking.

Lucy made everything easy for us - her attention to detail and kindness really helped us through. She always listened to our needs and guided us towards what was best. The attorney and designer she enlisted to help us were also top notch.

Lucy is a warm-hearted individual who not only excels at her job but truly enjoys it as her passion. Throughout the home search and showing process, Lucy showed an exceptional understanding of my preferences, always presenting me with properties that matched what I was looking for. Meanwhile, she provided valuable insights, analyzing the pros and cons of each property, and educating me on real estate considerations, helping me view properties from different perspectives. I appreciated her guidance and always enjoyed our tours. Lucy was fully committed to understanding and advocating for my best interests. She went above and beyond by consulting her interior designer friend to create a customized kitchen plan tailored to make the most efficient use of the space. Lucy Wu is on my cell phone under "Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World.". This is the second home that my husband and I purchased. The first one was more than 20 years ago and zero agents helped us. All they would do is open the door for us. So, all we could do it look and look on our own for about 3 years until one day we walked in and said this is it, we will buy it. I understand those agents are called "agents by luck".

Lucy helped us find our second home. She was patient and helpful. She first helped us look in Manhattan and when we change our minds, she started helping us in Brooklyn. She must have shown us 20 -30 places. And, this was over months and months because we still lived in Texas. We would only come in town for a week or so at a time. I'm sure she probably thought, "these people just like looking at apartments ... they are never going to buy." But, we did buy and we did it only because of her help!

Not only is she patient, she is also very knowledgeable, professional, always available, and made the process fun (as fun as it can be!) She went way above and beyond and she will do the same for you! We highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

We feel so lucky to have had Lucy Wu represent us—she’s truly amazing! Right from the start, Lucy became our go-to guide for navigating the crazy NYC real estate market. She kept everything moving at our pace, giving us a little nudge when we were in a rush and checking in when we needed to slow down. It felt like she just “got us” right away.

Lucy’s all about education, and she brought this amazing positive energy to every single meeting. We saw so many properties before finally finding “the one,” and she never once lost her patience. She answered all our endless questions (and NYC real estate gives you a lot of those!) and even knew what we’d ask before we did, always having the perfect answer ready.

Throughout the negotiation process, the landlord was traveling and had limited connectivity, which complicated communication. Despite these challenges, Lucy was exceptionally responsive, promptly replying to texts and emails. She diligently ensured that both parties reached a mutually beneficial agreement within our required timeframe. Given the complexity of the application process in a condo building, Lucy was instrumental in preparing and reviewing documents and liaising with the building management to ensure timely approval.
