Luis Badillo

Luis A. Badillo is a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties since December 2003 and is the Director of the Commercial Division. After working in the contact engineering business, he switched gears, and began his real estate career in 1986 in Miami, Florida.

At his former companies, he served as Equipment Manager and oversaw the maintenance divisions where he gained experience in total land site development to the finished product, such as Professional Office buildings, Industrial and Storage Warehouse spaces, and Multi Family construction.

Luis has represented clients in sales of hotels, restaurants, professional office buildings, warehouses, NNN acquisitions, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and commercial leases of warehouse and office space. His knowledge of investment commercial properties is extensive.
