We first met Luis in 2021, and he was able to guide us through the entire buying process. He helped us feel comfortable on buying our first home and was able to give us "insider" information that we would never have gotten without Luis. He was extremely responsive, even answering our texts and phone calls late at night (Sorry Luis!) and was usually very thorough. When we'd have concerns he'd address them and was really our advocate. He never pressured us into anything but did give us his valuable opinion. He only takes a few clients at a time so that he could devote the right amount of time and energy to each of his clients. We would definitely recommend Luis to any of our friends and to you too!

Luis was amazing!
The housing market this year was extremely challenging and tedious, especially with the pandemic and distancing regulations.
However, Luis was always upbeat and knew exactly what we were looking for.
He involved himself with our specific requirements and needs in looking for a bigger home for our growing family. Sometimes he would drive by the target new home to review the neighborhood and condition prior of our meetings. This helped out a ton.
Cannot say enough positive things about Luis! Much respect. Thank you.

We were so fortunate to have found Luis Flores when we Purchased our first in 2017 so, of course we have to reach out to him again when we were ready to purchase our second home. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Luis was that he was always super focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Luis is a top-notch realtor who is my preferred person to represent me when it comes to buying or selling a property. We have worked together in a number of realty transactions. Luis is astute about the San Diego local neighborhoods and where they fare in the marketplace. He keeps his clients on top of his mind when the right opportunities arise. He works diligently to get everything right, from Seller photos, home inspections, and documents. Each transaction is a professional dialogue with Luis--he ensures that his clients' interests are intact and are accurately represented. I have no reservations to work with Luis again in a future buy/sell.

Selling my first home I thought would be a scary thing. However having Luis as my agent put all my concerns at ease. Luis was there to walk me through every step of the way. He shared his knowledge (he has lots of knowledge), told us what to expect and what we needed to do to ensure we were ready for our showings. He was very professional and always responded promptly whenever we had any questions. It was a blessing having an agent that had our best interest as a priority.
