Luis Garibay was extremely communicative throughout the entire process of selling our home. When we had questions, they were promptly answered and we were more than pleased at every point of the process of our home sale.
We were on a short time-line for our move and things seemed like they would get stressful and overwhelming, but the home sale was truly stress free and we 100% recommend using the Garibay group for all your home buying and selling!!! Looking for a realtor? Your search has ended here. Luis is the best I’ve ever dealt with. My wife and I were trying to juggle the sale of a home and purchase of a new construction property. I initially had anxieties about timing and making the dates work. Luis came in and laid out the plan and everything went exactly how he said it’d go. He negotiated with a home builder who was pretty difficult. He got us a good deal and great assurances. I could write a novel about my experience, but it’s easier to sum it up that he is the BEST around.

Luis Garibay did an outstanding job of helping my husband and I buy our first home. Our lease on our apartment was ending very shortly and he still managed to help us find our home with such short notice. He always made time for us and any of our questions and showed us a variety of houses. He also paid great attention to our reactions on each house and could instantly tell how we felt about each one. We ended up purchasing a beautiful home in West Salem and my kids could not be happier! He still stays in touch as well to see how everything is going for us. Thanks again for all that you do!

Luis was great to work with. Hes super nice and makes you feel like family. He wasn't pushy and never tried pushing homes on us that we didn't like. We didnt ever get the vibe that he was just trying to make a sell. He was there 24/7 to answer any questions. Got us in to see homes immediately. He made time whenever we needed it. He truly cares about his clients. He is genuine and supported anything my fiance and I wanted. We will definitely use his services in future.

I was referred to Luis Garibay by my brother and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a home for a couple months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Luis was the first to really listen to us. Find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately.

Luis is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. It took about 3-4 months with numerous showings. Luis worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Luis efforts and I'm very grateful. I love my new home. I always recommend Luis to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

I wish I could give Luis more than 5 stars because he was nothing less than fantastic. This wasn’t our first home purchase, but in fact our third. Luis was recommended to us by a long time friend of his and I am so glad we chose him. We were relocating inland from the coast and we had a time frame to buy a house because our prior home sold in 5 days. Luis was patient, kind and understanding. He showed us homes on Sundays even though it wasn’t something he normally did because we came from over 3 hours away. He showed my husband and I well over 15 properties before we found our current home. Choosing the right realtor is key in and real estate transaction and Luis is the best. If I could have had him sell my previous home I would have. Luis will definitely be my first call when the time ever comes to buy another home. You won’t regret choosing him. He is truly amazing.

I became a first time homeowner back in 2018 and had the pleasure of working with Luis Garibay. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. He always responds immediately when contacted and was extremely flexible with showing homes at times that worked for my schedule. He helped me chose the best lender, helped me get my inspection set up and even helped get most of my closing costs paid. When it came time to sign, I almost had to drive 30 minutes away, but Luis pulled some strings and was able to find someone local to to help. I can go on and on about more amazing things Luis did for me, not only during the process, but even several months after. We got the pleasure to work with Luis for buying and selling our home a few months ago. The experience was easier and more than I expected.

Luis went above and beyond and wored quickly and efficiently knowing that we needed to buy our house before it went into the market. We were on a time crunch but he made it happen. He recommended Guild Mortgage for our loan based off of his personal experience. We have Guild a try and glad we took his advice and trusted his recommendations.
