For me, art is being able to combine knowledge and experience then delivering it in the form of service and having had worked for one of the largest telecommunication companies in the nation and gone through a myriad of training, I can appreciate the importance of providing outstanding service.
Today, I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise so that I may provide my clients with the best service available. I have had the privilege to work every aspect, from representing sellers and buyers, investors and developers, to having built homes. I was selected out of thousands to represent Fannie Mae, (HUD) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and several other institutions to sell their bank owned homes, I have been designated priority partner for Chase Bank, and I have helped numerous families on the verge of losing their homes to foreclosure. Also, in addition to several designations, I’m a certified distressed property expert and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
