Luis Moran

A Realtor and an attorney at law, Luis is a recognized leader among
associates at his Coldwell Banker San Francisco Branch, the most trusted real estate firm in the nation. He has assisted families, individuals, and corporations in the purchase and sale of countless homes in and around San Francisco. Luis is dedicated to his mission of providing friendly, professional, and ethical service which inspires trust, confidence, and the willingness to refer friends, family, and others.

Luis is a native San Franciscan and graduate of Saint Ignatius College Preparatory, UC Berkeley, and Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley. His superior negotiating skills and mastery of contracts have been honed through the practice of the law and he remains a member of the California Bar. Licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate since 2006, Luis has added his formal real estate experience to years of touring San Francisco homes and neighborhoods while growing up and working with his family’s interior decorating business. He combines the resources provided by Coldwell Banker with a full time transaction coordinator and a marketing specialist to form an unbeatable team.

On a personal level, Luis is actively involved in a variety of community service programs and organizations. He has
held several positions with the San Francisco Rotary Club, volunteers at the Marin/San Francisco Food Bank, and
participates in several mentorship programs. Luis has traveled extensively both locally and abroad but is best known
for keeping up with the sights, sounds, and experiences which make San Francisco unique.
