Luke began his investment real estate career in 1988 with the Litton/Fuller Group. Luke's area of specialization is the sale and exchange of multi-residential properties in Oakland, California, where he has brokered over 200 million dollars in property in the last several years. Luke is an active apartment house owner in Alameda County and in the City of Oakland, where he is on the Board of Directors of the East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA.)
