About Luke

Luke Evans has real estate in his blood. Luke comes from a family of successful builders in Idaho's Treasure Valley. Luke was mentored in the industry by his father, Dave Evans and his older brother, Zach. He spent much of his life learning from these extraordinarily successful builders. His father's company, Dave Evans Construction has put together residential and commercial real estate projects since 1978. As well, his brother's company, Zach Evans Construction has been building high quality homes for people for the last 17 years. It's this lifelong immersion in the real estate industry coupled with his own real estate experience that Luke brings to Idaho Real Estate Center everyday.

Following his 2005 graduation from the University of Idaho, Luke received an appointment for a full-time position in the Executive Office of the President of the United States. As the Director of Scheduling and Advance to the U.S. Trade Representative, he conducted business on a a national and international level. This allowed him to serve 45 destinations throughout the world and made him realize that serving people was his passion. It was through this experience of traveling and spending time elsewhere that he also realized what a special place his hometown of Boise is.

In Luke's work for the White House, he spent much of his time organizing logistics for large-scale trade missions and traveling extensively. Today, because of his youthful experience as well as the logistical skills he learned while working in the nation's capital, he can more effectively serve his real estate clients. Whether it involves using his knowledge of area schools and outdoor activities to help a family find their perfect home to dealing with the myriad details that come up in the course of a real estate transaction, Luke has the skill and passion to make home-buying a great experience.

In his free time, Luke loves to lace up his running shoes and head for the trails in the Boise Foothills for an evening run or spend time riding his motorcycle or going snowboarding. The rest of his time is spent connecting with family and friends in the city he loves.
