My wife and I were first time homebuyers and were blown away by Luke's responsiveness, preparation, and drive. Luke was absolutely wonderful to work with. He really cares about the client and is very knowledgeable about the greater Boise area. It is rare today that you find a person with his integrity and I truly trust his advice. He was always available and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from negotiating the offer to working with the mortgage broker and now getting our property ready for rental.

Also a shout out to Susan who works with Luke. Again, very thorough, professional and responsive.

I highly recommend him as an agent and also Susan and their company to manage your rental property if that service is needed.

Luke was amazingly helpful for our home purchase! We were moving from out of state and therefore couldn’t actually tour and see most houses in person. So Luke would do FaceTime and video’s of the various houses he walked through for us. He was also a valuable resource for information about the whole Treasure Valley area.

After months of looking and not finding what we wanted (we were very particular about several aspects of the house) he even went out of his way to send letters to specific homeowners looking for interest in selling. Once we did find the right house that was still under construction he was on top of everything every step of the way.

I’ve already referred him to 3 people and will continue to do so. You can’t go wrong with Luke, especially if you are moving from out of the area.

Personalized all-in-one, one stop shop for your property buying, advising, managing and selling. Most services are a one trick pony or at least not strong in all aspects of the service they are providing. Luke however differentiates himself by identifying that niche in the market where people need a more personal experience. If you’ve ever looked at reviews online for the average property management company for instance, you can tell that it is not a customer service driven industry and it’s more transactional. Not only is Luke providing great service, he is passionate and super knowledgeable about the market, allowing the customer to make more informed decisions. I’d say if you are not using Luke to help you you are missing out big time. Trust is a huge factor when making such big decisions and I can assure you there is no one more trustworthy.

This is the second project I have worked with Luke on this year. Initially painted a rental house prior to selling it with outstanding results (the project was done so well that more than one buyer’s realtor asked who did the painting) so I asked Luke and his team to take care of my primary residence as well. Just like the initial experience the second project was outstanding as well. The entire team was professional and has a specific focus on customer service. I tend to be a picky consumer and always get at least 2 quotes from competitors and want to know exactly what is included or excluded and any potential “extras” before starting the project because I really dislike surprises in the middle of the project or an aggressive “upsell” later on. I will admit that Luke’s was not the least expensive quote but the numbers were close enough that I decided to hire him given my prior experience with him and his team (and I did not make it a secret that I was getting multiple quotes which Luke encouraged). During the process, Luke noted more than once that he wants to be sure customers are satisfied that they are hiring the right professional at the right price and noted that he would likely not be the least expensive but the difference in cost was definitely offset and surpassed by the customer service as well as the end result. We couldn’t be happier with Luke and his team. I would highly recommend Luke without any reservations at all. I will definitely call Luke for the next project that I need a contractor, painter, realtor (he wears so many hats but the experience was not diluted by this and in fact likely improved the process because of his vast knowledge in different areas.
