Luke is a fantastic realtor! He has gone above and beyond for us! We relocated from western Washington to Spokane so we had to go through the entire home-buying process remotely. Luke made sure we knew every detail we needed to, and handled all the stuff we couldn’t deal with because we weren’t physically able to be there. (He didn’t even balk at my request to be at the house for not one but two delivery/installations!) Luke walked us through every step and made us feel completely comfortable with the whole experience. Highly recommend!!

Luke is outstanding! We’re not sure you could find a better, more professional, kind, and diligent agent/broker in Spokane. From the beginning he give us an honest and accurate assessment of the value of our home and set real goals on selling time. The highly professional videos and marketing he provided ensured massive hits and in-home tours instantly, and within days we were under contract.

Once we were under contract, Luke communicated with us nearly daily, and the few surprises that did come up were managed so skillfully! Moving across the country on a short timeline can be overwhelming, but Luke constantly checked in to ensure the most smooth transaction possible and more importantly he wanted to make sure we were happy!

So pleased with Luke. He’s made everything so simple and fun. I would never recommend anyone else. My favorite part about Luke being my realtor has to be his true sense of care, he wants my family to be actually happy for many years. Luke’s real virtues shine bright, he’s patient. Honest family man with good Christian values! We were first time home buyers that had no idea what we were doing. We trusted Luke with each step of the process and he delivered in every way, whether it was giving us solid referrals to lenders, hooking us up with an appliance company actually that had what we needed (in stock!!), or communicating our needs to the sellers. He was very responsive and happy to talk us through complex paperwork as many times as we needed to feel comfortable. He is the definition of a “full service” realtor and we highly recommend him!
