Luke Wheeler

Luke joined Transwestern in 2006. Luke provides institutional, regional and private clients with a broad range of expert services, including space and business needs analysis, transaction negotiation, site selection solutions, build-out consultation, steadfast monitoring of the market, and identification of alternatives. Luke is active in the Investment Services, Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation divisions of Transwestern’s Central Texas region. He currently oversees an Agency Leasing portfolio of office and industrial space in the Austin area and has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience representing a variety of clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Luke was the vice president of Brokerage Services with Castlebrook Realty Group located in Dallas, Texas. Luke specialized in sales and leasing of all property types including office, industrial, investment and speculative. He worked as a Tenant Representative as well as an agent for sellers. Luke began his career in commercial real estate in 1998 in Austin, where he worked under the supervision of a local developer. Luke is skilled at analyzing local markets and identifying and evaluating appropriate courses of action to meet client’s long-term and short-term objectives. He has represented local companies, regional investors, institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies with their commercial real estate needs. Some of those clients include Progressive Insurance, MASCO Corporation, Trinity Industries, FTI - LWG Consulting, PumpCo Corporation, Controlled Products, Kraft, TG, UBS, Fiserv, JPMorgan Chase, Randstad, KBS Realty, PacTrust, Cornerstone Realty Advisers, UNUM Life Insurance of America, Brennan Investment Group, Trigate Capital, Hines, Dividend Capital and Pearlmark.
