Lydia and her entire Home Team were absolutely wonderful during the entire process of pre-listing, listing, selling and then closing on our property we co-owned with a family member. Despite a few "speedbumps", everyone remained very calm, patient and professional throughout. The communication was always clear and timely. The property sold in 1 day with several offers and successfully closed approximately 5 weeks later. At this time of year and the present market we were beyond happy and relieved. Lydia and her team are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. And what they do is a lot! Not only did they list our home with professional pictures, but staged it to look absolutely amazing. They know every contractor in town and set us up with trustworthy people to paint, replace carpet, and fix some damaged drywall. Our home listed higher than we expected and we received an offer significantly over the listing price. Lydia is not only extremely responsive and knowledgeable, but is an absolute delight to work with.

Next time we buy or sell, there is no question that we'll hire Lydia.

I highly recommend Lydia and her team! Earlier this year, I brought Lydia in to help sell my parent's home. I knew it was going to be challenging because I was planning to move my parents out of CO and into a place in CA near my home. Both of my parents are in their 70s, have had challenges with their health, and are not very computer literate.

Lydia was amazing! She was very hands on throughout the entire process and gave my parents what felt like a VIP experience. She spent a considerable amount of time to ensure that they were comfortable every step of the way. She treated my parents and I like family.

The patience and kindness I saw from her and the team put my mind at ease given that I couldn't physically be present for everything. From the very beginning she really listened to them (and to me), she provided guidance and put together a plan, she then worked side-by-side with us all to execute the plan. She communicated clearly and adapted to their needs when they couldn't handle everything electronically. As we got close to closing, my father had more health issues and she did everything she could to make things go smoothly. She is not just a great realtor, but an amazing person and a trusted friend. This move wouldn't this well without her.

Let me start this review by stating that my wife and I feel so incredibly fortunate to have been connected to Lydia and her team to assist us with our first home purchase. We were referred to Lydia by a realtor friend of ours in Northern Colorado when my primary office location was moved from Fort Collins to Denver and we decided to purchase a home in Denver Metro in late September 2022.

This whole home buying business was completely new to us, not to mention the process of purchasing a home during a crazy market. Lydia quickly put us in touch with a highly respected and very competent mortgage broker, who went over with us the lending and closing requirements, costs, and processes clearly. Lydia discussed with us in detail our wants and needs for our home, and helped us identify several prospective towns, neighborhoods, and homes within a week.

Lydia quickly set up home tours for my wife and 5 year old daughter to view while I worked, and then second viewings for the homes my wife wanted me to see. During the house viewings Lydia pointed out areas of the houses that were in good shape and areas that needed repairs. Lydia was also fantastic with our shy and rambunctious 5-year old daughter.

Within a week we identified a top and second choice and made an offer on the top choice. Our offer was accepted within a couple of days and we went under contract. Lydia and her team were great talking us through the offer and counter-offer process. The mortgage broker locked in a great rate (for the time) for us with a lender, and we closed on the house within 30 days of going under contract.

Lydia and her team helped us through the many, many steps of the closing process, including inspection (they set us up with an awesome inspector), lender valuation, contingency negotiations, and lots and lots of paperwork. Because of the number of steps, deadlines, and paperwork, it would have been very easy to feel lost and overwhelmed, but because Lydia and her team were so organized, responsive, and great at communicating, we never felt lost or overwhelmed.

We will for sure use Lydia and her team again in the future if we buy another house in or around Denver (though we love our new home and don't envision moving any time soon). We will also happily recommend Lydia to all of our family and friends who are looking to buy or sell a home. We found Lydia to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, skilled, well connected, and able to build a successful relationship with the sellers' agents.

Looking to buy a house can be very stressful. More then that to relocate from one state to another. Having Lydia and her team by our side, everything went so smooth and uneventful.She is very perceptive and good listener on what you are looking for. Before you know she is on top of everything. The time zone was not a problem for her to stay in touch with us throw all this time. She dedicated 2 days just for us when we came from Virginia to see the houses. Lydia is a fantastic realtor who worked with me long distance for months. When I finally came to Denver for a weekend of house hunting after 3 months of looking at online listings and narrowing choices, no time was wasted. Every house Lydia showed me was a true contender. Lydia offers her opinions and gives professional guidance as to the area a house is located in and the pros and cons that make it worthy of consideration, but she allows her clients finally say without contention. I highly recommend using this real estate group. Lydia was recommended by a coworker, as we were new to the state and looking to buy a home. She took the time to meet with us and truly understand what we were looking for. We were constantly updated with new listings to see if they were a potential fit for us. I can’t tell you how nice this was being that we were out of state working on selling our current house. We flew in for a weekend to look at houses and Lydia had everything organized - the showings, the packet of houses for us to refer to and great information on the neighborhoods. After paring it down to a few homes, she continued to go above and beyond by contacting selling agents and passing on our questions so we could make the correct decision for us. Working with Lydia has been 5+ stars the entire way through our home buying process! She stayed in touch (but wasn't pushy) when we were just in "thinking" mode, and she marshaled all the right resources and information as soon as were ready to get serious.

We always felt like we were Lydia's top priority, and she did an incredible job of balancing a positive attitude with honest candor about the pros and cons of any path or decision. She understood and zeroed in on our preferences quite quickly after just the first set of showings.

Inventory in Boulder and even more specifically in the neighborhoods we were looking at was and remains incredibly low, and we loved how ready Lydia was to act the moment we found something we liked -- she was aggressive in preparation for the initial offer, and she facilitated the entire inspection process masterfully as well.

Really, it was as smooth and easy of a process as we could possibly imagine, and we have referred several of our friends already to her based on our fantastic experience. If we ever move again, we're absolutely going to ask Lydia for help!
