Lydia was a pleasure to work with. I was buying from the other side of the world so i needed a realtor who knew who to contact to get the building inspection and other trades organised to quote on fixing a few things that the building inspector found. She helped negotiate on price and with the issues that arose after closing. I would highly recommend Lydia whether buying or selling.

My family and I had recently moved from Utah to South Dakota for several reasons, one being lesser population of where we would chose to live. Our move was a bit rushed, and in the middle of trying to sell our home in Utah, we had to simultaneously remotely buy one in Sioux Falls. This is where we met Lydia! On one of our online searches, we come across her and reached out to begin our homebuying process. It took many telephone calls, Skype calls, voicemails and emails, to gather our needs and wants of our new home. Lydia never dropped the ball, and went out of her way to find us our new home. She had taken many latenight calls, used her personal time, and was readily available to us. She managed to get things done above our expectations. It had taken us eight virtual tours, and Lydia was very accommodating, and because our homebuying was done remotely she was very thorough with the walkthroughs. She gave honest answers and opinions to our questions about details of each home and how the prices and conditions were reflected via video calls. We had a last minute change from one home to another, and through Lydia's determination and a bit of luck, we found the perfect home for my family. If I ever find myself needing to sell or buy another home, I am choosing Lydia first. I highly recommend her to my family, friends, and anyone looking to buy a home in or near Sioux Falls.
