About Lydia
Lydia was born and raised in a small town outside of Houston called Bellville. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Elementary Education and spent the beginning part of her career as a teacher. She lived in Austin before moving to several cities in and outside of the United States. The experience opened her to diverse roles, including event planning, project management, database administration, and even a job at a deli in Ireland. She then returned to her favorite city, Austin, and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. And she’s loved every minute of it!
What excites her most about her job is the many ways in which she’s able to care for her clients. She advocates and negotiates on her client’s behalf at a high level so that her clients can get the best possible representation. She also brings organization and structure into an often chaotic and confusing process. She enjoys caring for clients by providing a smooth process that brings clarity and consistency and helps them enjoy an amazing home buying or selling experience. Her attention to detail and compassion for those around her provide her clients with unparalleled service. She also sees the importance of educating her clients every step of the way, so they can make informed decisions throughout the process. Her goal is to care well for everyone involved in the transaction and to make it a truly enjoyable experience.
When Lydia’s not working, she’s spending time with her husband, working in her backyard garden, watching Austin FC games, and regularly being with friends and family. She’s been a member of the Austin Stone since 2010 and enjoys investing in her community. She has a high value for quality coffee and one of her favorite parts about Austin is the endless array of delicious tacos.
