Lyn Donley offers her clients over 30 years of experience in Real Estate. She became a broker in 1984 in the demanding market of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where she practiced as a Broker for 20 years. She loves to negotiate and never shrinks from a challenge.

Twelve years ago, when Lyn and her husband decided to escape Florida and move to North Carolina, they could have picked anywhere in the state to live. They chose Waynesville and have never looked back! Lyn loves the easy highway access, the proximity to area airports, the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, shopping, restaurants, and most of all – the incredible arts community.

In her off hours Lyn sings with her church choir, community chorus, and appears in as many of the HART Theatre plays and musicals as possible.
