Lyndsey Smith

Lyndsey Smith, a native to Northern Virginia, studied Persuasive and Political Communication at George Mason University. With an investor mindset and fixated on the Northern Virginia real estate market, she bought her first condo in 2012 in an up-and-coming neighborhood and sold it three years later with a lofty return. Bit by the real estate bug, countless transactions have since ensued. Lyndsey worked in sales at a subsidiary of Xerox over a span of seven years after college. In her free time, Lyndsey loves to spend time with her husband Dylan, and two dogs, Sadie and Chip. She can also be found at the gym because she is a strength athlete, Club level Coach, and Virginia state Referee for USA Powerlifting. Passionate about the area that she grew up in and lives, Lyndsey enjoys showing clients the best that the DC Metro area has to offer.
