About Lynette

Lyn Butcher has lived in the valley since 1981 when she moved here from Michigan. She attended elementary, middle school and high school in Scottsdale. Lyn graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies in 1991. In 1995 Lyn received her master’s degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University.

Lyn joined the Phoenix Police Department in 1994. During her tenure with the police department, she promoted to sergeant and was a School Resource Officer Sergeant for over fifteen (15) years. She spent almost 26 years protecting and serving the community in which she lives. In 2006, Lyn received her Certified Public Manager Certification from Arizona State University.

Lyn realized she genuinely enjoyed helping people and giving back. She wanted to help people in other ways so in 2009 Lyn obtained her real estate license. She provides her buyers and sellers with top notch service that is a “cut above.” Lyn realizes buying or selling a home can be incredibly stressful and is a huge investment. Lyn focuses on providing everyone with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, dedication, and open communication. She works hard to ensure the buyer and/or seller are kept informed every step of the transaction. Lyn has been recognized as HomeSmart Diamond Club Member, in the Top 5% of HomeSmart agents in Arizona, in 2018 and 2019. All of Lyn’s real estate business is all referral based and she is always looking to help people out.

When Lyn is not helping her clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys being outdoors: walking, hiking, cycling or just relaxing outside. She also enjoys working out and spending time with her dog.
