About Lynette

Lynette S. Scott is the broker/owner of Presto Realty Company. She is a progressive, driven, competent and accomplished individual who believes that all things are possible.
She started her real estate career in 1999, while employed as a Commercial Lender & Assistant Vice President for a financial institution. Before that, she was a Financial Director for a nonprofit organization that assisted small businesses obtain financing through direct lending or through the Small Business Administration or other financial institutions. Her other previous experience includes being a Branch Manager and private banker for several years. She is very much involved in mentoring and giving back to improve the quality of life for others.

She believes her financial background has been an asset and has allowed her to guide her clients more efficiently through the purchasing and selling process. She does not hesitate to go the extra mile for her customers or clients.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Widener University in Business Administration and completed a graduate program through Penn State University in Community Economic Development.

She has great satisfaction in assisting and educating people in the process of owning property whether for a primary resident, a vacation home, a rental investment, or commercial property, or even assisting people in pursuing their desire to own a business.

She realized that she was better suited in owning her own company, which allows her the ability to offer individuals a “boutique feeling” yet offer knowledgeable and professional services.

She services all of New Castle County, and Kent County which includes Suburbs of Wilmington, City of Wilmington, New Castle, Newport, Newark, Hockessin, Greenville, Centreville, Pike Creek, Bear, Middletown, Townsend, Odessa, Smyrna, and Dover.
