Over the course of 13 years as an investor, I renovated many homes. Bringing the beauty of a historical home back, putting the unique features back into a home that has been stripped away with the passing of years is such an amazing journey to be a part of. My favorite part of renovating a historical home is Doing something unexpected within the home. Putting a new twist on an old architectural element!
