I tend to be picky with who I like to work with. Lynn is very experienced in many different facets and took her time with us, while being available and attentive whenever we had questions or concerns. I can’t say enough positive about Lynn as our realtor. We sold our home in May of 2022 in a bull market. Lynn was able to orchestrate the sale at an amount 44% above asking price. She guided us through the bidding process and her wisdom was invaluable.

We rented for a year, which did not turn out as we hoped. We contacted Lynn again to help us this January. The market was “slimmer” and there were not as many homes to choose from. Lynn kept her eyes open and communicated with us regularly. She found a home “off market” and was able to get a viewing for us. It was a wonderful layout and Lynn helped us negotiate a bid, which was accepted. We are moving (again…and hopefully not again for a good while!) this March, thanks to Lynn working on our behalf.

I certainly hope this is it for a while, but if not, Lynn will be our realtor. I have, and intend to, continue to recommend her to all my friends. Lynn is knowledgeable, experienced, is a great communicator and works with the highest integrity … simply put you always feel Lynn is in your corner … and that is a good feeling!

Her experience was evident from day one and she served as an excellent resource in talking us through the complexities of the market, financing and securing a loan, the purchasing process, and everything in between. Our parents were also in the process of re-locating to the area and Lynn even helped them with locating a quality agent in their area - and they plan to work with her when they re-locate to Rochester soon as well. Meanwhile, Kristen (who showed us the majority of the homes) proved to be an invaluable resource given her background with home construction, and we continuously learned about what to look for in a home. Wow, Words can not describe how amazing This process was because of Lynn. The sellers market out there can be de quite a challenge, but working with Lynn not only made it obtain but also short. Lynn is super responsive and readily available. She is everything you look for in a realtor plus more. My wife and I recently purchased a home, the circumstances we were in were far from ideal. The home containing the apartment in which we lived was being sold and we were being pressured to vacate. The situation was compounded by the fact that we were in the middle of the pandemic and due to COVID both my wife and myself were unemployed. We were fumbling around online with little direction and having no success. Then our fortunes turned, we called on a particular house and came in contact with a real estate broker. named Lynn Dates. Lynn was and is fantastic.After listening to our situation she put us in touch with a finance company for approval. Lynn then set up programs for us narrowing our search for our needs and financial constraints. The whole process was so much easier and more productive. For the next few weeks we checked in with Lynn on almost a daily basis, she always took the time to research our finds and answer all our questions. We eventually located a house we really liked, called Lynn and within a few minutes were given access to view the home. We contacted Lynn who put an offer in for us the next day, we accepted the counter offer and were off. I have heard it said that success in business has everything to do with contacts and I wholeheartedly agree. Lynn put us in contact with some terrific people, from the finance, to the insurance and attorneys offices everyone was fantastic. We are in our new home now and absolutely love it, I am convinced that we would not be here now if not for Lynn. We were apprehensive at first due to the state of the world (COVID), but Lynn offered just the right amount of advice without being pushy. She is extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions thoroughly, and was able to put our minds at ease when we were feeling nervous or unsure of a decision. She has many connections in the field and was able to link us with the rest of the team we would need for our transactions, all of whom we were very happy with as well. As far as the sale of our home was concerned, she provided us with great feedback on what we could do to get top dollar for our home, and she was right! We were very pleased with the process of listing and with our final offer. I will always recommend Lynn to anyone I know of who is in need of a realtor; she is top-notch in her field!

In our home buying journey, Lynn was quick to getting us into each of the homes we were interested in. She was interested in our likes and dislikes. She helped us out greatly with possible problem areas during our walk-throughs. When we did find “the one”, she worked late into the evening getting our purchase offer ready. Lynn Dates is the BEST Real Estate Professional in upstate NY.
She did EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE to market the sale of our home in Spencerport NY. She rolled out the entire Social Media marketing package the same day the house went on the Market.

We had over 20+ attend the open house (2-3 days after listing) and secured at lease 10 offers... She had a second open house the following weekend and secured 7 more. Our deal was completed a couple days later and she walked everything thru the sales process from beginning to end.

And the closing price was significantly higher than our original listing.
