Before real estate, Lynn Ellen worked as an interior designer for twenty+ years. It’s safe to say, she knows houses - inside and out! She has worked with architects, contractors, building departments and negotiated hundreds of contracts. Her understanding of “style and space” allows her to see the potential in a property and often helps clients broaden their scope of options. Her brace and bold negotiation skills, which came from years in the military (go Air Force!) serve strategically when the contracts are in motion.
