Lynn Finnegan

Coming from a background in kitchen/bath design and sales turned out to be the perfect segue into real estate. Even at 11 years old, Lynn was drawing floor plans and elevations for houses and cutting out furniture from catalogues to place in her creations. Lynn’s passion has evolved into helping individuals and families obtain homeownership and create wealth through a tried-and-true investment, which is a very fulfilling job for her.

Lynn hesitantly moved to San Francisco in 1997 after marrying her husband, Tom. She didn't know the city that well, and it seemed so complex and intimidating. Now, three daughters, two houses, and 20+ years later, she can't imagine living anywhere else. Every neighborhood has its unique qualities, and Lynn finds nothing is ever more than a few minutes away. So, it is only natural for Lynn to have a clear picture of the local market.

Since becoming an agent in 2004, Lynn has had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in an array of transactions which has further strengthened her negotiating and marketing skills. Lynn experiences covers single-family homes, condos, TIC’s, and multifamily properties. She has worked with individuals selling investment properties, as well as their family home of 40 years. Lynn always seeks different perspectives from her fellow colleagues with their diverse real estate backgrounds and specialties. But what really sets her apart is her ability to interpret her clients' needs through frequent and thoughtful communication, her attention to detail, and her tireless efforts to help them reach their real estate goals.
