Lynn Hanlin

Lynn visited Charleston for the first time in the spring of 1974 and knew this was where she wanted to live. After moving to Charleston in 1978, she associated with a Charleston real estate agency specializing in historic and special properties. Since then she has owned and restored properties in the old and historic district as well as the Isle of Palms. Lynn is a partner and has earned the Realtors' Graduate Designation (GRI), has a broker's license, and is a life member of the Board of Realtors Million Dollar Executive Round Table Club (currently CTAR's Realtor of Distinction). In addition to real estate, Lynn is active in many community organizations including Preservation Society of Charleston, Spoleto Festival USA, the Exchange Club, and community arts companies.
