Lynn Lee

Lynn Luk Lee grew up in the Sacramento area and has lived there since 1972. Attending Cal State University Sacramento, she earned her degree in Marketing & Business Administration. Prior to starting her career in real estate, she began her career working in the Consumer Product Sales industry as a Key Account Executive in Northern California. During this time Lynn sharpened her sales and marketing skills while calling on major customers, managing large budgets with the goal of maximizing efficiencies to exceed her sales goals.

In 1995 Lynn achieved her real estate license and began using her expertise in the Sacramento area to find residents their home sweet home, selling over 500 homes in the last 23 years. Lynn has endured the difficulties of the Sacramento market and has earned her clients respect and trust by listening to their needs and always trying to do what's best for them. She understands that there are a lot of emotions when it comes to buying or selling a home. Through hands on experience, Lynn has formed a good understanding of real estate investment and mortgage financing, staying very involved every step of the way. To get to the end result, beyond just finding a good home, Lynn has proven herself to be a solid negotiator and a problem solver.

Lynn enjoys music, basketball, cooking, entertaining and travel when she gets the opportunity. She is actively involved in contributing to her community and has done so by volunteering and fundraising for her local basketball organization for the past 15 years. Lynn is also a pet lover and is supportive of her local SPCA.

Lynn specializes in residential & investment real estate in Sacramento County. She has certification as a Relocation Specialist (CRP) and Residential Specialist (CRS) and speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
