Lynn Michaels was our listing agent when we sold our house in Monmouth County. Words can't express how grateful we feel to have had her represent us. Our transaction was more stressful than normal due to continued changes to the contract after attorney review. Throughout the entire process Lynn stayed abreast of the changes and worked tirelessly with our attorney and the other parties to ensure that we moved along. What impressed us the most was Lynn's fountain of knowledge. She answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly; she gave us the confidence and wherewithal to make vital decisions. Given the current state of the real estate market, it is extremely important to surround yourself with a team of well-educated, friendly, caring, and professional people. You would be well advised to have Lynn on that team. She's become a friend and confidant, and we've sought her advice in our ongoing search for a home. We compare all agents against her, but unfortunately there is only one Lynn Michaels. We just wish she would clone herself so that she can represent us up North!
